Whist experience is valued, it is not a requirement as we make sure that all our staff are well trained, properly inducted and receive robust support prior commencement of work and in-work to be able to deliver the level of quality care and support required by the people we support and care for.

• Very good communication skills and very good people skills
• Relevant experience for the role you apply for
• Passport/driver’s licence/ birth certificate (British)
• Valid visa and work permit if required
• Official proof of National Insurance number
• 1 passport photo
• 2 proofs of address (not older than 3 months)
• Subject to enhanced DBS check
